Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within the United States using available shipping carriers and services selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, FAADOO may offer promotional or free-shipping options.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Delays: FAADOO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to FAADOO because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Damaged or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us if the issue remains unresolved.

International Shipping: At this time, FAADOO ships within the United States only unless otherwise stated at checkout.
