Returns & Refunds: Because FAADOO products are consumable food products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise problematic product, please contact us promptly with your order number, product information, batch/lot number when available, and photos. After review, FAADOO may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
